A mysterious young man who Mikage Souji intends to institute as the new Rose Bride. He is quiet, and sometimes speaks a little strangely. He spends his time plotting with Mikage and growing black roses in the basement of Nemuro Memorial Hall. His black roses are given to students who have been chosen as Black Rose Duelists. He and Mikage seem to have a romantic relationship, and are shown getting dressed together, as well as being generally affectionate.
He does not appear in the movie, nor in the original manga, although the movie does make visual references to the Mikage Seminar. Later editions of the manga include a shortened version of the Black Rose Saga with an alternate ending.

- They're sugar-preserved roses. My sister made them. These dried flowers too. She doesn't like to see flowers die. This way, even these short-lived flowers can last a bit longer. But... I wonder if the flowers like being made to last longer. Nothing in this world is eternal. Although... a heart that longs for eternity could be considered beautiful.
